Returns/Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of custom items being specific to each individual customer, Behind the Mask, Inc. is unable to accept any returns on products after delivery. Cancellations are also not allowed, but will be considered within a reasonable time frame depending on circumstances. At no time will a cancellation be allowed after the manufacturer has begun production on the items.
If any item is made incorrectly (ex. wrong color or missing requested spec), Behind the Mask, Inc. will do everything in its power to rectify the situation with the manufacturer in the shortest possible time frame. Be assured we will make all efforts during the ordering process to insure the products are made correctly the first time.
Warranty Policy
Behind the Mask, Inc. will follow all manufacturers’ warranty policies and assist any way we can in efficiently handling any warranty issues with the manufacturers and the customer. This usually includes timely repair if possible or replacement of the defective item. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modification will not be covered by these policies. Contact us or visit the manufacturers site for warranty information regarding your products. There is no warranty on custom goal sticks from any manufacturer.
